Dear Dr. Meade,
"Jim and I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for everything you did for him. I know you were there often to see him in the ICU and checked on him when you didn't really have to. A special thank you for that. It shows you really care about your patients. I also want to thank your PA, Tom, who was also very nice and courteous when I called him over the weekend when Jim was in the ICU because of my concerns about the brace and whenever we saw him in the office.
I also want to give a big thank you to your nurse, Molly, and your scheduler, Kim. They were wonderful and helpful to me every time I called. That was so important with everything Jim was going through. You all helped us get through this difficult time.
Jim has recovered from back surgery and returned to work last week. His legs are strong, but he has to build up some endurance. It has beena full year since he had the first knee surgery, an unbelievable year for us. Hopefully, our lives will get back to some normalcy.
Thank you again."
