STEPHEN

I am writing to give you an update on my getting back to running since I started the PRN Omega-3 caplets.  I trained for a half marathon last September as part of my "getting back into running plan" and I had to drop out before the run because of the knee pain which was diagnosed as chrondomalasia.  I decided to start training again in December and trained for the Lehigh Valley Half Marathon in April.  I set a reasonable goal to finish the race and finish without injury.  As I have learned from years ago, speed comes later.  It was great to finally get back into running races.  I think the fish oil helped keep my joints healthy.  Out of 4,000 runners registered, less than 3,000 finished and I was one of them.  When my wife saw me running to the finish line, she was so moved that she cried.  I was concerned that my knees could handle the stress of the race as I am heavier than I should be for racing.  My knees felt some stiffness as expected after the race and felt completely normal in 48 hours.  Thanks for a great product.  Since the last week in April, I ran 55 times and totaled 209 miles!  Three factors kept me running:  I learned to listen to my body ... my body tells me when to ease up.  I take the time to stretch.  I take your PRN fish oil in the morning and at night.
