Jeanne T. Connelly, RN BSN CPC CMPE, Vice President Clinical Operations, OAA Orthopaedic Specialists, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania Medical Group Management Association (PAMGMA). The PAMGMA aims to provide support, education and advocacy through collaborative efforts with other entities or individuals involved in medical group management. Pennsylvania MGMA is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of 15 individuals whom are elected by the membership. As a member of the Board of Directors, Connelly will have a variety of responsibilities and will also serve as a member of the Education Committee and will co-chair the Marketing Committee during her two-year position which will commence on January 1, 2012. Connelly is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Medical Practice Executive and has been a part of the OAA team for more than 6 years. She is also certified through the American College of Professional Coders and will complete her Masters in Business, Healthcare Administration this year. She has previously worked for Pocono Medical Center and St. Luke’s Physician Group in clinical administrative capacities. # # # About OAA Orthopaedic Specialists
