Dr. Anbari specializes in hip and knee replacements. He has performed more than 2,000 hip and knee replacements since he came to the Lehigh Valley several years ago. He is an expert in the latest techniques including the direct anterior approach for hip replacement, custom-fit knee replacement, partial knee replacement, and different types of joint replacements including complex revision surgery.
Richard D. Battista, M.D.
Dr. Battista is President of OAA Orthopaedic Specialists. Prior to joining the practice in 2004, he served with distinction achieved by the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD – The President’s Hospital.
Kenneth J. Brislin, M.D.
A long distance runner and former rower, Dr. Brislin understands how devastating injuries can be to athletes. His practice is dedicated to helping injured athletes return to peak performance as quickly and safely as possible. Dr. Brislin focuses particularly on arthroscopic procedures of the shoulder and upper extremities, as well as arthroscopic procedures of the knee.
Stuart Cohen, DC
Dr. Stuart Cohen is the first Doctor of Chiropractic to join OAA Orthopaedic Specialists and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in sports chiropractic care, auto and work injury rehabilitation, and general musculoskeletal injuries. In his free time Dr. Cohen enjoys spending time with his family, working out at HPC, playing baseball, and watching Philly sports.
Robert J. Corba, D.O.
A retired rugby and lacrosse player originally from Wilkes-Barre, Dr. Corba enjoys seeing patients return to function and activity. He’s also a family man who enjoys several sports and activities, and you may hear him cheering for the Eagles, Phillies, or Flyers!
Jill Crosson, D.O., MBA
Originally from Wayne, New Jersey Dr. Crosson is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having completed her undergraduate studies at Muhlenberg College and her fellowship in sports medicine at St. Luke’s Health Network, Dr. Crosson is excited to be back (and staying) in the Lehigh Valley.
She believes anyone can be an athlete and enjoys encouraging people to be active and live healthy lifestyles.
Wayne E. Dubov, M.D.
Educated in New York and New Jersey, Wayne Dubov, M.D., has happily resided in Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters since 1992.As a physiatrist, Dr. Dubov focuses on restoring function to people, through non-surgical means including therapy, exercise, and medication.
Laura M. Dunne, M.D.
Dr. Laura Dunne is a primary care sports medicine physician working at OAA Orthopaedic Specialists in the Lehigh Valley since 2003. She holds a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine, is board certified in family medicine, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.
Stephen P. Falatyn, M.D.
A graduate of Cornell Medical College, Dr. Stephen Falatyn completed two spine fellowships, the first at Thomas Jefferson University and the second at Temple University. His practice specializes in complex reconstructions for spinal deformities and minimally invasive spinal surgery, focusing on the treatment of both pediatric and adult scoliosis and spondylolisthesis, spinal cord compression from disc herniations, and spinal stenosis.
Gregor M. Hawk, M.D.
Dr. Hawk is Secretary of OAA Orthopaedic Specialists. A second-generation orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Hawk learned patient care from his father, who formerly treated pro football players. His involvement in competitive sports, including rugby and tennis, has led to his interest in treating acute and chronic sports-related injuries.
Christopher A. Hawkins, M.D.
Dr. Hawkins treats all types of athletic injuries, especially knees and shoulders. He is a specialist in shoulder reconstruction, including replacements. He has published research and given presentations to orthopaedic surgeons, health care professionals, athletic trainers and coaches.
Jay H. Kaufman, D.P.M.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Dr. Kaufman attended King's College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kaufman has a strong interest in revisional surgery and second-opinion options. Dr. Kaufman is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Michael Krafczyk, M.D.
A native of the Lehigh Valley, Dr. Krafczyk was a local student athlete at Southern Lehigh where he participated in track and cross country. As a member of their hall of fame for having finished third at states in cross country, Dr. Krafczyk learned the value of sports medicine at a young age. Dr. Krafczyk enjoys helping athletes return to their sport and utilizes complementary treatments such as acupuncture and prolotherapy/PRP when appropriate.
Jeffrey R. McConnell, M.D.
A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. McConnell returned to his home state in 2003 to continue his practice of spinal surgery with the Pennsylvania Spine and Scoliosis Institute at OAA. He brings with him an unparalleled level of expertise and training in the discipline of spinal surgery, having completed two spine surgery fellowships and being Board Certified in both spinal surgery and orthopaedic surgery.
Patrick J. McDaid, M.D.
A Bucks County Pennsylvania native, Dr. McDaid completed his undergraduate and medical education in Philadelphia. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from LaSalle University, and received his doctorate from Temple University at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. During his residency he was privileged to work under many nationally renowned orthopaedic experts at the Shriners Hospital for Children, The Philadelphia Hand Center and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He completed his Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at the distinguished University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His practice at OAA is focused on hand trauma, arthritis, reconstructive surgery, adult and pediatric fracture treatment, and nerve compressions.
Brent Millet, M.D.
Throughout his practice, Dr. Brent Millet focuses on one primary goal: helping to restore function to people who have lost the ability to function successfully in daily activities for one reason or another. That focus is most evident in his work with patients who have been injured on the job. He has helped hundreds of injured workers restore function and motion so they can return to work as quickly and safely as possible.

Actively involved in the osteopathic medical community, Dr. O'Brien has served on the Board of Governors at St. Luke’s Allentown for more than a decade and has been the Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics for over 30 years.

Dr. Palumbo is an accomplished, nationally recognized Sports Medicine physician and surgeon, specializing in sports-related injuries of the knee, shoulder, ankle, elbow, and hip. He is a second-opinion physician for the NFL Players’ Association, as well as the Head Team Physician for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs baseball team, a Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.

Dr. Pollice joined OAA Orthopaedic Specialists in 2001 after completing his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital, NY and a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Dr. Pollice is dedicated to using the latest joint replacement technological breakthroughs and is an expert in metal-on-metal hip replacements, and Unicompartmental Knee Replacements.
Mythili Seetharaman, M.D.
Dr. Mythili Seetharaman joined OAA's Rheumatology Institute in September 2009. Dr. Seetharaman is Board Certified in both Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She treats patients with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and scleroderma.
Dean L. Sorrento, D.P.M.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Sorrento graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Sorrento’s training encompasses all aspects of foot and ankle reconstruction, including complex adult and pediatric foot and ankle-acquired and congenital deformities, diabetic limb salvage (Charcot reconstruction), high arch and flatfoot deformities, trauma (ankle and foot fractures) and neuromuscular disorders.

Dr. Spangler heads The Work Injury Center at OAA. A physician in the Lehigh Valley since 1986, Dr. Spangler has dedicated her practice to Occupational Medicine since 1991. She is well-known for her expertise in treating and managing injured workers, and has worked extensively with many area businesses and industries.

Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Talsania received an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
