Meet Scarlet Williams, NP
Originally from Alburtis, PA, Scarlet attended St. Luke’s School of Nursing where she received her Nursing degree. Immediately upon graduation, she began her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Cedar Crest College. While at Cedar Crest, Scarlet was presented with a Certificate of Excellence, the prestigious Anne O. Winkler Award for “demonstrating outstanding achievement in nursing theory and practice and displaying leadership potential.”
One year later, Scarlet began her master’s degree in nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at DeSale’s University. She graduated in 2000, when the specialty was relatively new to the Lehigh Valley area.
Scarlet has focused her career on pain management, knowing this is the work that she loved.
When asked about providing quality care, Scarlet stated, “I have always practiced in a manner in which I would expect my family or myself to be treated. I love taking time to get to know each patient, their stories, and their experiences.”
Scarlet’s greatest joy is in helping each patient to improve their quality of life and daily functionality. She truly values working at OAA because the practice’s values align with hers.
In Scarlet’s free time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, baking and traveling.
