I sprained my MCL playing hockey and should have been out for six weeks. With the help of OAA and physical therapy I was cleared in three weeks and returned to action with Widener University. I feel better now than I did before the injury. OAA not only helped heal my MCL, but they also helped me understand that I was putting too much stress on my knees. They showed me how to incorporate my hips, translating to more power and speed on my skates. I cannot recommend OAA enough to any athlete!
