Our Core Values
OAA is driven by several core values. These values represent why we do what we do, and what you can expect when you walk through our doors.

-
Quality Care: Since our founding in 1970, OAA's commitment to quality healthcare and patient outcomes has been the foundation of the trust we've earned in our region.
-
Cost-Effective Care: We value giving our patients access to cost-effective care for a wide variety of excellent resources and treatment options used to tend to any orthopedic ailments.
-
Physician Driven: OAA is proud to remain one of the few physician-owned orthopedic practices in the region, we believe a physician-driven approach to healthcare is what sets us apart from other organizations.
-
Convenience: Since our locations span the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, our patients can receive quality care close to home.
-
Passion: All the providers at OAA have an extreme passion for patient care and recovery, and hearing our patients thank us for healing their ailment is the spark that drives that passion.
-
Honesty: Our patients will always have a physician-patient relationship based on honesty, integrity, and trust, without these, we would not be able to provide exceptional care.
-
Patient Experience: At OAA, our focus is entirely on the patient, that’s why our team strives to have the simplest check-in, shortest wait times, and patient-focused visits with our physicians.
