A native of Pennsylvania, Dr. Manion obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California. Prior to joining OAA Orthopaedic Specialists in 2017, Dr. Manion practiced chiropractic medicine privately in the Lehigh Valley area for over twenty years. He has helped countless patients with medical issues related to their back, neck, hips, sacroiliac joints, and shoulders.
Dr. Manion’s education and experiences with sports, nutrition, chiropractic rehabilitation, and neurology allows him to provide chiropractic care that zeroes in on the specific issues his patients present with, while also caring for the whole person and their overall posture, optimal function, and vitality. As someone that once suffered from back pain, Dr. Manion sees the value of good health and understands how debilitating pain can be for people of all ages. He takes great joy in alleviating or diminishing his patients’ pain and strives to care for his patients the same way he cares for his family.
Dr. Manion is the official chiropractor for Delaware Valley University athletics and he also enjoys participating in marathons, triathlons, adventure races, and ultras. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading books, watching sports, playing tennis, and going to the beach.
Following the tragic death of his nephew, Travis, in The Iraq War, Dr. Manion and his family have been very active in the Travis Manion Foundation. He is particularly involved with directing the Doylestown 9/11 Heroes Run, which is a labor of love for Dr. Manion and his family. To learn more, visit www.travismanion.org
