Dr. Dunne Serves as Team Physician at Olympic Training Center

While Team USA was representing the United States at the Paralympic Winter Games in South Korea, Dr. Dunne  served as Team Physician for USA Hockey’s Development Sled Hockey Team as they were busy preparing future Paralympians at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

OAA Patient Ambassador: Meet Faith

Faith suffered from an ankle injury in 2000 but didn’t realize how serious it was until years later. Sixteen years after breaking her ankle and it healing incorrectly, Faith turned to Dr. Dean Sorrento of OAA’s Foot & Ankle Surgery Institute after her ankle pain became severe. Now, she is free from ankle pain and enjoying activities she had to forgo because of her pain.

OAA Patient Ambassador: Meet Jeff

Jeff has a passion for adventure racing and has competed in the national championships six times. When he suffered a significant knee injury while skiing, he was immediately concerned about getting back to adventure racing as quickly as possible. With the help of Dr. Christopher Hawkins, Jeff is back competing after two surgeries and two and half years of rehab and training.
